Commercial Auto Liability or Truckers Liability:

$1,000,000 combined single limit bodily injury and property damage per occurrence, or the minimum amount specified by any applicable laws or government, whichever is greater.

General Liability:

Comprehensive contractual liability.

Physical Damage:
|
Comprehensive coverage for physical damage.

Certificate:
|
A certificate naming Trailer Fleet (the Lessor) additional insured with respect to liability and loss payee with respect to physical damage is required prior to trailer rental. The certificate must provide the Lessor with at least 30 days prior written notice before cancellation or material change in coverage.

Equipment Damage Waiver (optional)
|

In lieu of providing Trailer Fleet (the Lessor) with proof of physical damage insurance the customer (the Lessee) may purchase Lessor's Equipment Damage Waiver (EDW) which eliminates the requirement to provide the Lessor with physical damage insurance coverage. EDW also waives the Lessee's responsibility to the Lessor for certain equipment damage.
